Returns / Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to love your new adventure gear, but if for some reason you have a problem with your purchase please reach out to us firstly so we can help to make it right for you. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Note: Only regular priced items may be refunded and exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. If the item looks or smells used we will not be able to offer a return and the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

To start a return, you can contact us via email woof@woofandstuff.ca. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. We will notify you via email once we have received your return, Once we have received and approved your return we will notify you via email.  If you are requesting an exchange, see below for information.

Exchanges
Need to make an exchange? Please send us an email to woof@woofandstuff.ca to get started. Once we have approved your exchange, and you send back your item to us, we will dispatch your new order. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item to us, but we will send the exchange item back to you free of charge.

Your new order will be sent out once your return is received, or you provide us with proof of mail (tracked packages only). We recommend you send your returns and exchanges tracked to ensure we receive your return. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns and Exchanges are only available for our regular priced items. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
