Lead Times
Our current lead time is 3-5 business days. Your order will be made and mailed within this timeframe. We know you are excited about recieving your new adventure gear and aim to get the products mailed to you as soon as possible!

Note: Lead times may vary, We will update this information as needed. 

Shipping Timelines
Shipping times can vary, if you need to receive your order by a specific dates its best to contact Amanda directly. Shipping times will be calculated and displayed once at checkout based on your address and location.

Typical shipping timeframe,

  • Standard Shipping 5-7 business days
  • Xpresspost Shipping 2-3 business days
  • Priority 2 business days

I ship using Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, Purolator and Chit Chats.

Please note: Once your order is in the mail, delays are out of our control but if you are are concerned about your shipment please reach out to us!

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

  • Limited time offer: Take advantage of our flat rate standard shipping for $9.99
  • Priority and Xpresspost are automatically calculated at checkout by Shopify, not myself. Shopify calculates these totals based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

    These amounts are 100% the shipping costs unfortunately, we do not add packaging material costs to this so please understand these prices are beyond our control. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Woof & Stuff does offer worldwide shipping.  We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
