HOW RETURNS & EXCHANGES WORK
START YOUR RETURN
Head to our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email to get started.
PACK IT UP
Pack your items in the original packaging (if possible).
SHIP IT BACK
Drop your package at your nearest carrier location. Return shipping is on you.
WE'LL TAKE IT FROM HERE
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund or send your exchange.
- ✓ Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- ✓ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
- ✓ Collars, harnesses, and gear may be tried on but must be returned clean and free of pet hair.
- ✓ Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- ✓ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective or we made an error).
- ✓ Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
